Gibson gets it! 11 Lindsay Frichtl, YFS Trainer Technician Lindsay Frichtl is from Paxton and has been working at GAH as an Elite technician for four years. She graduated in 2011 from Paxton- Buckley-Loda (PBL) High School, where she participated in basketball, softball and swimming. She is currently the sprinting coach for the PBL girls track team. She has a 4-year-old daughter named Aleiyah and is currently working toward certification as a certified personal trainer. Fun fact: Frichtl is a twin, and cumulatively, she and three of her siblings hold nine track-and-field records at PBL! Colten Brown, NSCA-CPT Personal Trainer Colten Brown is originally from Teutopolis, Illinois, and has been working at GAH since October 2017. Brown played golf and tennis in high school and is a self-proclaimed table tennis extraordinaire. He holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Eastern Illinois University. Fun fact: Brown served in the U.S. Navy from 2010 to 2014 and was deployed twice. He spent time in Portugal, Turkey, Dubai, Bahrain, Greece, Italy and Spain. Josh Hopkins, NSCA-CPT Personal Trainer Josh Hopkins attended Fisher High School and has been working at GAH for three years. Hopkins attended Parkland College and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. He participated in flag football and competed in bodybuilding while in college. Hopkins recently spent a summer in Dublin, Ireland, where he was the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Bective Rangers Semi- Pro Rugby team. Fun facts: Hopkins enjoys life as an animal rescuer and a world traveler. He enjoys a piña colada-flavored pre-workout drink. A new Gibson City Elite is coming!
